I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques which work on both the body and mind. They’re based on my eduction in nutrition, physiology, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, hypnotherapy, health coaching, mindfulness, meditation and yoga.
My passion for health and wellbeing came from my own personal journey. As a teenager I suffered from chronic dieting, negative thinking and self-limiting beliefs. I wanted to understand how the body and mind work, as well as approaches to health and healing, so I studied humans sciences and medical anthropology.
In my 20s after working all-hours as Editor of a health magazine, I decided to resign and re-focus my attention on my wellbeing. I trained in a number of different holistic health practices, which has enabled me to master my mindset, take empowered action and create lasting positive change in all areas of my life.
